Document Updated!

Hey Wastoids,

Coming at you with a quick update! Nothing huge, but there are some changes

• Expanded/filled out tables. Still working on these
• Changes to scrap, repair and salvaging. Basically, scrap just has one use now. Still on the fence on this, but I'll figure it out
• Watches have been clarified to allow searching and interacting instead of just movement
